Lifetime Warranty
At Fixtech, we stand behind the quality of our repairs. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to selected services, most notably original iPhone screen replacements, as indicated in our service listings and confirmed by our agents. For other devices and components, warranty durations are specified by Fixtech agents at the time of service.
1. Scope of the Lifetime Warranty
- The Lifetime Warranty applies only to iPhone screen replacements performed by Fixtech using original parts, as listed in our official service catalog.
- Other devices (such as iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watch, batteries, and accessories) carry different warranty durations, which will be communicated to the Client by authorized Fixtech agents.
2. Coverage Under the Lifetime Warranty
The Lifetime Warranty for iPhone screens covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects – Any faults in the screen component itself that arise from the original manufacturing process.
- Installation Defects – Issues directly caused by Fixtech's workmanship in replacing the screen.
- Non-Performance of the Screen – Failure of the screen to operate as intended under normal usage conditions.
When covered under warranty, Fixtech will repair or replace the affected screen at no additional cost to the Client.
3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following conditions:
- Physical Damage – Cracks, scratches, or breaks resulting from accidental drops, pressure, or impact.
- Liquid Damage – Any malfunction caused by exposure to water, humidity, or other liquids.
- Unauthorized Repairs – Damage caused by attempts at repair or modification by third parties after Fixtech's service.
- Device-Level Issues – Malfunctions caused by unrelated hardware or software problems outside the scope of the screen repair.
- Tampering with Serial Numbers or Seals – Any removal, alteration, or damage to warranty identifiers.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the Client must:
- Present the device at any official Fixtech branch or through Fixtech's pickup service.
- Provide valid proof of service (receipt, invoice, or digital record from Fixtech).
- Allow Fixtech technicians to inspect the device to verify eligibility under the warranty.
If the issue falls within the scope of the warranty, Fixtech will provide a repair or replacement of the covered screen at no additional charge.
5. Processing & Turnaround Times
- Warranty claims for iPhone screens are typically resolved within 24–72 hours, depending on parts availability.
- Pickup & drop-off services may extend this timeframe.
- Clients will be notified of expected completion during the claim intake process.
6. Limitations of Liability
- The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the replaced screen component and not to the device as a whole.
- Fixtech shall not be responsible for:
- Loss of data, files, or software during the repair process.
- Consequential damages such as loss of business, income, or personal inconvenience arising from device downtime.
If the device presents high-risk conditions (such as previous third-party repairs with copy parts), the Client must sign a Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver Form prior to any warranty service.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must back up all data prior to submitting a warranty claim.
- Clients must promptly collect their device once the warranty service is completed.
- Devices not collected within ninety (90) days will be deemed abandoned and disposed of as e-waste in accordance with Fixtech's Abandonment Policy.
8. Governing Law
This Lifetime Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
9. Amendments
Fixtech reserves the right to update this Lifetime Warranty Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be published on Fixtech's official platforms.
